  Once a product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our return and refund policy for information on how to return the product after delivery, if applicable.

2. Special Orders and Custom Products

Please note that custom products, including personalized items, cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These products are made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
